About Us
The CTE Avengers
Founding members of Essential Developments Inc organized a conscious effort towards the active recruitment, training and retainment of Career and Technical Education (CTE) professionals. Individuals belonging to marginalized communities are encouraged to become the representation that is so desperately needed in our schools. In an increasingly interconnected world, exposing students to a diverse teaching staff prepares them to navigate and appreciate global perspectives. This cultural fluency is essential for success in a world where diversity is a fundamental aspect of both workplaces and societies.
Join us in our commitment to rekindle a widespread appreciation and respect for education. Our mission involves transforming the discourse surrounding education within our communities, encouraging a shift in language that underscores its significance; empower the next generation to reach their full potential and make a positive impact on the world.
